Ondřej Soukup steps in for Martyn Brabbins at short notice to conduct Turbulent Landscapes by Scottish composer Thea Musgrave. The three-day project culminates with a live recording.
Later this week, Ondřej performs Hannah Kendall’s Verdala with RCM New Perspectives. The invitation came from the ensemble’s music director Tim Lines. Ms Kendall is a British composer currently residing in New York.

Ondřej Soukup is an exciting young conductor with professional engagements, a diverse repertoire of 250+ works, and an inherent musicianship which he radiates to fellow performers and audiences. In the 2021/2022 season, Ondřej will make his debut with the Czech Chamber Philharmonic and the Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic.
